No contact or newsletter form is currently enabled on this version of the website. If we add one, we will explain the information requested, its purpose, and relevant providers before collecting information through it.
Appointments and purchases through Vagaro
Our booking links take you to Vagaro. Appointment, membership, and gift-card information entered there is handled through that platform. Depending on your transaction, this can include your name, contact details, appointment selections, and payment information. Head Spa uses the business records available through Vagaro to manage appointments, purchases, and customer service.
Vagaro also operates its own customer accounts and website. Its Privacy Policy explains its own processing and privacy choices. Information Vagaro handles on our behalf remains part of our responsibility as a business; contacting Vagaro about its own account records does not replace contacting us about Head Spa records.
Appointment communications and reviews
Vagaro is configured to send appointment details, confirmation requests, reminders, and recurring membership receipts. Depending on your account preferences and available delivery channels, these may arrive by email, text, or app notification. If you text or email us for help, we use that conversation to respond.
Reviews you choose to post on Vagaro are public. Please avoid including private information in a public review. For questions about promotional messages or your communication preferences, contact Head Spa.
