Frequent Asked Questions
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required and can be made online only. We recommend booking in advance, but last-minute and same-day availability can be checked on our booking page.
When will appointments be accepted?
We sincerely appreciate your interest in our services. At this time, we are not yet accepting appointments. If you kindly provide your email address to subscribe, we will be delighted to notify you as soon as our reservation system becomes available.
Should I wash my hair before the appointment?
No, it’s best to arrive with unwashed hair, as the natural oils on your scalp can enhance the treatment.
Can I have a head spa if I just got my hair permed or colored?
If you have recently had a perm or hair color treatment, we recommend waiting at least one week before booking a head spa. This allows your hair to settle and prevents any potential fading or disruption of the chemical treatment.
Can I have a head spa if I have hair extensions, braids, or dreadlocks?
We recommend removing or undoing them before your appointment to allow full access to your scalp for the best experience.
Is head spa safe during pregnancy?
While some head spa treatments are pregnancy-safe, we advise consulting your doctor before booking.
Can I have a head spa if I have psoriasis or other scalp conditions?
Head spa treatments can be beneficial for certain scalp conditions, but please ensure there are no open wounds, lesions, or active flare-ups before your session.
Should I avoid using heavy hair products before my appointment?
Yes, we recommend avoiding styling products such as gels, waxes, or sprays before your visit.
I have a teenage child. Do you recommend this service for her as well?
Yes! Our head spa treatments are great for teens, as they help promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve scalp health.
Should I remove my jewelry?
Yes, please remove necklaces and earrings, as your therapist may incorporate neck and ear massage into your treatment.
Do I need to arrive early?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in. If the door is locked, it means all staff are currently in session. The door will be unlocked shortly before your appointment time to welcome you in.
Are there any contraindications for a head spa?
We do not recommend treatment if you have consumed alcohol, eaten a heavy meal recently, or have certain medical conditions. If you have undergone surgery or have health concerns, please consult a medical professional before booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes! We are happy to curate a personalized experience for small groups. Please provide the date, time, number of guests, and occasion along with your contact details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the service?
